600 grams Noal Tybo cheese
50 grams Noal Reggianito cheese, grated
3 egg whites
1 cup breadcrumbs.
1 cup plain flour.
Cut Noal Tybo cheese into strips 6 cm long, 2 cm wide and 2 cm thick. Set them aside.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites slightly and add pepper to taste.
Place the breadcrumbs mixed with Noal grated cheese onto one dish and the flour onto another.
Dip the cheese sticks into the egg whites, coat them with flour, again into the egg whites and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
Fry the stick in very hot oil until golden brown.
Tip: serve them immediately with tartar sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
